Order your saliva-based PCR test kit online in advance of your travel. Orders received before 14:00 (weekdays) will be dispatched on the same day

The Fit-to-Fly PCR test is to be used by those travelling from the UK to countries where proof of a negative test is required for entry.
There is variation in the entry requirements of individual countries. While some only require proof of your vaccination status, others require a negative lateral flow or PCR test result.
We therefore strongly advise that you check your destination country's current entry requirements through the link below.

Orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day by DPD Express delivery, to arrive the next day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday and across the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
You will receive an email from DPD once your kit has shipped, advising you of the expected delivery date.
On the day of delivery, you will also receive an email and text (if mobile number is provided) advising you of the 1-hour time slot your package will be delivered.
You can make amendments to your address or delivery date directly via the DPD website, following the instructions provided in your delivery emails.
Your result will be sent to you via email within 36 hours from receipt at our laboratory.
Samples that arrive by 12 noon are generally resulted the same day. If they arrive in the afternoon they are processed the next morning. If there is a need to repeat a test on a sample received before 12 noon it will also be done the next morning.
Please note that our lab is closed on Saturday, but can still receive samples via Royal Mail. Samples received on a Saturday will therefore be processed and resulted on Sunday.
Whilst the vast majority of our samples are processed within this timeframe (> 98%), we unfortunately cannot offer a guarantee on this as turnaround times are dependent on laboratory capacity and we may experience delays during periods of high demand.
Yes – although your purchase comes with a prepaid Royal Mail (Tracked 24) returns label that enables you to return your sample directly to our lab, where the receipt of results is particularly time sensitive, such as for fit to fly purposes, we strongly advise you arrange a next day guaranteed delivery option, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am.

You can view or download a copy of your COVID 'Fit to Fly' certificate via our secure online Portal. Your certificate will be available from the moment your result is received.
Your data is securely protected and to access your certificate you will need to login using the last 4 digits from your sample barcode and a secure passcode provided to you upon successful registration of your sample. Be careful to ensure there are no spaces or gaps in the box!
We recommend you login to your secure portal as soon as your test is registered, so that, should you have any difficulties, we can assist you well in advance of your travel date.
In order to provide a sample, a user must be able to spit enough saliva to fill the collection device (approximately a teaspoon or so). For this reason, this test may not be suitable for very young infants, and we advise you check they are able to fulfil this requirement before purchase.
Yes - our sample collection devices require no special storage conditions and can be kept at home at room temperature, so you’ll be fully prepared for your next trip or should you require a quick test result.
